Strengthening Our Intellectual Property Protection

Apsynora Therapeutics has filed patent applications under PCT/EP2025/080385 and United Kingdom Patent Application No. 2415508.7.

We are currently preparing responses to questions and objections raised by the patent offices as part of the examination process, with the aim of securing robust intellectual property protection for the project. Where necessary, we will consult patent and intellectual property experts.

In parallel, we are working with the University of Tartu to conclude an intellectual property licensing agreement.
